Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 5. Please note: non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher. The room has a roof window overlooking the living room.


    St. Margarethen: This chalet is situated right next to the departure station of the ski area Aineck - Katschberg (16 lifts, 70 km pistes). Modern apartment block "Aineckblick". 100 m from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system. Communal covered parking. Grocery 700 m, restaurant 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (27 hole) 2 km, minigolf 5 km, riding stable 1 km, cable car, skisport facilities 100 m, ski rental, ski school, children's ski school, sled run 50 m, cross country ski track 300 m. Nearby attractions: UNESCO Biosphärenpark Lungau. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Prebersee 13 km, Millstätter See 50 km. Hiking paths: Katschberg/Aineck.     Da wir auch vom Besitzer die unbefristete Freigabe für unseren Hund bekommen haben, ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Garten, wo man in der Sonne Frühstücken und Essen kann und auch die gute Lage, für uns der Grund warum wir jetzt schon seid über 10 Jahren im Sommer und auch im Winter hier sind.     Das Appartment hält was es verspricht, klein, fein, etwas abgewohnt (ideal für einen Skiurlaub) und absolut perfekte Lage! Familienplus: Nähe zur Skischule, große ausziehbare Couch, Terasse zum Schneespielen, direkter Zugang vom Parkplatz zur Terasse (Skischuhe) Familienminus: keine Mikrowelle Show more :-(, keine Möglichkeit im Warmen bequem die Skischuhe an und auszuziehen (im Gang allerdings Schischuhverbot), kein "Skistall" Paarplus: durch Pistennähe immer gut erreichbar für eine Pause zwischendurch, sehr gemütlich, WENN der Schwedenofen (mitunter einer unserer Buchungsgründe) funktionieren würde noch romantischer! (hier ist dringender Handlungsbedarf, der Ofen macht was er will) Paarminus: das Doppelbett!! Zwei aneinandergeschobene Matratzen, die bei jeder Bewegung durch den Raum schlittern und ich spreche hier nur vom Umdrehen in der Nacht - um den Preis wäre ein "richtiges" Bett wünschenswert! Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub und die Kritikpunkte halten uns nicht davon ab, wiederzukommen - sollten aber von Besitzer eventuell überlegt werden!! Show less

    Výhody: čisté, vše funkční, výborná dostupnost a blízkost lanovce. Nevýhody: pro 4 člennou rodinu s teenagery trochu malé, ložnice bez oken.
