    3-room house 70 m2. Partly with sloping ceilings, partly renovated in 2016, simple and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Living room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and tiled stove. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, microwave) with dining nook. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Top floor: 1 room with 2 double beds. Shower/WC. View of the mountains and the garden. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The washing machine and dryer are only used by the owners for guests.


    Piesendorf 8 km from Zell am See: Child friendly, cosy mews "Haus Warter", semi-detached. In a sunny position. Private: large garden. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Roofed, parking at the house. Shop 20 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. Ski lift 400 m, skisport facilities 2.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, cross country ski track 400 m, ice field 5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Main road 50 m from the property. Included in the weekly rental: In summer, entry to the outdoor pool "Hinkelsteinbad", in winter, a fun afternoon at the "Berg Nagelkoepfel". In the main house is a small supermarket.

    Negativ: Aus dem Schlafzimmer im EG schaut man direkt in das überdachte Lager des Geschäftes, Insgesamt ist im Haus großer Sanierungsstau, Die Räume riechen muffig und müssen gelüftet werden. In das angebaute Haus kommt an durch einen separaten Eingang über einen Kellerhals. Die Eingangstür ist Show more uralt und sehr niedrig, man muss sich bücken. Der Eingangsbereich gleicht einem Heizungskeller. Die Handtücher waren uralt, abgenutzt und zusammengewürfelt. Teilweise genauso das Geschirr. Show less
