The living room is a farmhouse lounge. Balcony 6 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

    Renovated with great attention to details and historical materials. Farmhouse "Plaik-Häusl", from the 19th century. In the district of Neubach, in a sunny position, along the wooded area, 7 km from the skiing area, directly by the stream. Private: property 3'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, meadow (fenced). Terrace (25 m2). In the house: washing machine. Carport. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 500 m. Cable car 7 km, skisport facilities 7 km, cross country ski track 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Skischaukel Dachstein West 6.5 km, Abtenau 18 km. Hiking paths: Gosaukamm, Gosauseen, Dachstein. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. The historic character of the house can be felt throughout the house.

    piękne miejsce, uroczy dom dom zabytkowy, ale całkowicie przystosowany do współczesnych potrzeb przestronny, idealny dla 8 osób czysty i świetnie wyposażony właściciele bardzo mili!

    Sehr schönes, frei stehendes Haus. Schön eingerichtet. Traditionell, aber auch modern. Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Früh und abends kommen die Kühe zum trinken und grasen direkt vor das Haus. Vor den Weidezaun ist noch ein flexibler, feinmaschiger Zaun gespannt. Somit kann auch der Hund den Show more Garten nicht verlassen. In ca. 2,5 Stunden ist man zu den Almhütten (Losegg, Maasalm) gelaufen mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Supermarkt und Restaurant in der Nähe ansonsten hat man mit dem Auto viele Möglichkeiten.
