    2-room apartment 45 m2 on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2018, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room 20 m2 with 1 double sofabed, dining nook, TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with TV. Kitchenette (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: non-smokers only. The apartment is in house no. 11.


    Maishofen 3 km from Zell am See: Apartment block "Point", 3 storeys. In the district of Point 1 km from the centre of Maishofen, 3.5 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, public bathing area 1 km. Golf course 4 km, indoor tennis centre 2 km, skisport facilities 3 km, ski bus stop 400 m, cross country ski track 10 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The entrance to the house is at the cellar. There are about 15 steps to the entrance of the apartment.

    Skidepot without any posibility to warm your skishoes Small kitchen U have to pay the power at the end of ur stay. 0,25 eur/kwh. I had to pay 50 eur! Owner only speaks german, not that great in human contact

    Fenster kaputt, Glühbirnen kaputt, Kabel porös, Tapeten alt und schmutzig, Spinnweben in den ecken, Fernseher klein, Toaster qualmt, Kühlschrank alt, eine Herdplatte defekt, kein Backofen vorhanden etc..... Ein absolutes Grauen
