Simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, dining nook, satellite TV, radio and wood-burning stove. 1 small double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (4 hot plates). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the valley, the countryside and the forest. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. The small attic is accessed by a steep ladder from the living room and it has mattress where can sleep children in search of adventure. Important: water heater 70 liters.

    Pillberg 10 km from Schwaz: Cosy, rustic rustic chalet "Pillberg", 1'300 m a.s.l., built in 1976, renovated in 2010. In a hamlet, in a quiet, sunny position, 350 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property 500 m2 (fenced). Terrace, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: storage room for skis. Half board possible on request (extra). Motor access (mountain road). 150 m footpath to the house. Public parking extra. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 60 m, outdoor swimming pool 200 m, indoor swimming pool 50 m. Tennis 50 m, walking paths from the house 10 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 350 m, ski school, children's ski school 250 m, sled run 350 m, cross country ski track, children's playground 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kellerjoch. Hiking paths: Pillberg. In summer recommended for guests who prefer hiking, in winter is top location in the middle of the family ski area. The parking ticket (18 € per week) will be refunded by the keyholder at the end of the stay. Depending on the snow in winter, access to the house can be up to 150 metres across the ski slopes. No car access to the house! Parking is 100 metres from the house.

    Umgebung ist sehr schön. Allerdings ist das Haus und das Interieur nicht im besten Zustand. z. B. Zaun, Treppenstufen, alter Kamin der am Eingang liegt. Außerdem eine kaputte Couch. Desweiteren war der Reinigungszustand bei der Ankunft auch nicht lobenswert.     « Zeer teleurgesteld over de woning »

    Op de foto’s ziet het er leuk uit maar in werkelijkheid is het een grote teleurstelling. Woning is ten eerste niet voor 6 personen maar voor maximaal 5 personen aangezien er ook maar 5 opgemaakte bedden zijn. Wij waren er met 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen waarvan 1 er dus noodgedwongen op een nog Show more aanwezig matras op de grond heeft moeten slapen. Bij binnenkomst dus al enige stress. Maar goed we bleven als ouders positief hoewel de teleurstelling van de kids ons veel deed. De bereikbaarheid van de woning was erg moeilijk gezien de vele zachte sneeuw je moest met alle bagage en boodschappen voor 6 personen voor 1 week 100 meter lopen over sneeuw waar je soms tot je knieën inzakte. Maar goed na alles in het huisje gekregen te hebben toch maar beginnen aan je wel verdiende vakantie. Eten koken in een keuken van 2m2 is krap maar moet lukkken, nou stonden de kastjes ruim vol met allerlei overgebleven oude boodschappen van vorige bewoners erg vies en oud. De enige koekenpan was plakkerig en zeer smerig en de glazen in de kast waren er vuil ingezet . Na het eten de kids in de douche na een lange reis, echter als je een badkamer van 2 m2 hebt wordt het wel moeilijk de douche was letterlijk 40 bij 50 cm, hup kraan aan en er onder schrik geen warm water ik als vader op zoek naar de warmwater maker, na enig speurwerk deze gevonden in de ondergelegen kelder met schrik zit ik te kijken naar een wat ik denk 15 liter keukenboiler voor de gehele woning, dat zal toch niet waar zijn helaas was dit wel het geval en was het water na de afwas dus al op en konden de kids dus helaas die avond niet dochen. Na dat de kids opgepropt in bed lagen heb ik het huis eens beter bekeken. Badkamertje erg klein met naast de douche losse stroomdraden erg gevaarlijk elektrische kachel in deze ruimte kapot, woonkamer de enige bank doorgezakt en ondersteund met boeken dus kapot, onmogelijk om 6 personen te douchen want geen warm water. Overal losse draden erg gevaarlijk, tv werkte niet na een half uur proberen. Bij betreding woning erg vuil zo veel stof in de kids slaapkamer dat heb ik op mijn zolder nog niet liggen. Na 1 nacht er geslapen te hebben via hotel Friezen wat 100 meter verderop zit een vakantiewoning van Friezen gehuurd a 1390 euro en vertrokken uit deze puinhoop aangezien de vekantie echt in het water viel. In dit gehuurde object. De intercoms tel nummer uit Duitsland onberijdbaar, dus je moet met 4 kids toch wat om je vakantie te redden als hardwerkende ouder. Dus erg teleurgesteld in woning waar je meer dan 750 euro voor betaald wat dus letterlijk weggegooid geld is geweest. Dit wil je als ouders niet mee maken. Dus interhome ga eens naar deze woning kijken en wees een goede verhuurder en zorg op welke manier dan ook dat jullie deze woning verbeteren want verhuur kan echt niet meer in deze staat. En tot slot compensatie voor ons....... ik denk dat ik daar wel na kan fluiten Show less

    brand new more suitable car parking space was created at 250m from the
