2-room apartment 40 m2, on the top floor. Comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, cable TV, flat screen, hi-fi system and DVD. 1 double bedroom, window onto the courtyard. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Partial view of the city. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. There is a beautiful view of the Stephan Cathedral from the apartment.


1. Bezirk: Historical apartment block "Am Rabensteig". Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city. In the house: lift, central heating system. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Public car park at 150 m. Supermarket 50 m, restaurant 10 m, bar, café 30 m, pedestrian zone 5 m, 1 minute walk to the centre, tram "1,2" 200 m, bus stop 50 m, underground station "U1/U4 Schwedenplatz" 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Cycle lane 50 m. Nearby attractions: Stephansdom 500 m, Twin City Liner 300 m, Donaukanal 200 m, Urania Sternwarte 800 m. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Margaretenstr.103. There is a stop for the airport bus nearby at the "Schwedenplatz". Use the nearby mooring (2 mins) for the sea plane for a trips to Bratislava.

Die Lage ist super aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung doch sehr abgewohnt und auch in puncto Sauberkeit ist durchaus Luft nach oben. Die Koordinaten fürs Navi waren falsch. Keine Haltemöglichkeit beim Haus. Fernseher ging nicht. Ikeatassen im Küchenschrank waren alle kaputt. Dusche war mit Kleiderbügel Show more als Halterung. Unterm Bett wurde SEHR LANG nicht sauber gemacht. Auch wenn es günstig ist erwarte ich Sauberkeit und kleine Reparaturen wie die Duschstange sollten auch bei kleinem Budget Möglich sein Show less

Die Lage ist einmalig. Auch die Betten waren gut. Großflächig war es sehr sauber. Der Gesamtzustand der Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. So strahlend, wie auf dem Foto sieht sie nicht mehr aus. Dadurch steht vor dem großen Blumenbild ein neuer Flachbildfernseher, wem das wichtig ist. Insgesamt Show more sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten per Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Top Show less

Location très bien située pour visiter Vienne à pied. appartement très bien pour 4 personnes, même si la cuisine est petite. Accueil sympathique et facile. très bien.
