Die Schlüsselabgabe bei Abreise ist sehr umständlich, da man durch die halbe Stadt Wien reisen muss vom Appartement zur Interhome Agentur. Dies sollte unbedingt anders organisiert werden. Schlüsselübergabe sollte am Appartement erfolgen, bzw. mit Safe am Appartement.

The property was lovely although the 2 single beds are large child rather than adult size. Whole experience was marred by the fact that you have to collect and return your keys to an office which is 5km away from the property. Whilst the address is given at the time of booking, we assumed it Show more would be around the corner and the distance was not apparent until we looked at the map of Vienna. We ended up taking a taxi to/ from the airport (40 Euros each way) instead of using public transport. Show less
