Large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, cable TV, international TV channels, flat screen and hi-fi system. 1 double bedroom with Dressing room, window onto the courtyard with cable TV, flat screen and DVD. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Parquet floors. Box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: apartment courtyard side. Non-smokers only.

Lokalizacja: ok, blisko stacja metra, sklepy i niedrogi parking. Czystość: brak kontroli po poprzednikach - brudne sztućce, niektóre talerze, szklanki. Przydałoby się również od czasu do czasu wyprać firanki, umyć okna, wyczyścić półki w meblach i blaty w kuchni. Brak papieru toaletowego.

Von Montag bis Donnerstag hatte ich in Wien zu tun und habe mich für diese Wohnung im 20.Bezirk entschieden. Schlüsselabholung mit dem Auto klappte gut, da das Büro sowieso am Weg von der Autobahn lag. Dann in den 20.Bezirk und einen Parkplatz vor der Türe gefunden. Ausgepackt und dann ca. 200m Show more in ein Parkhaus gefahren, das nur 7 EUR am Tag kostet. Sehr gut. Die Wohnung wurde recht liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass sie da jemand Gedanken gemacht hat. Es gibt viele kleine Extras, über die man froh ist (Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Regenschirm und Knirps, etc.). Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gegenüber gibt es ein kleines Café und ums Eck auf der anderen Straßenseite dann ein paar Restaurants. Lebensmittelgeschäft auch gleich in dem Gebäude mit der Parkgarage. Sehr fein. Um in die Stadt zu kommen, kann man die Schnellbahn zu Wien-Mitte nehmen (Bahnhof Traisengasse) und die U6 Dresdner Straße - beides ca. in 150m Entfernung. Show less
