Large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). 2 showers/WC. Small balcony. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra).


    Fügen: Modern, comfortable 2-family house "Christian", built in 2010, surrounded by meadows. 500 m from the centre of Fügen, in a quiet, sunny position, 4.7 km from the lake, 900 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Zillertal" 300 m, bathing lake "Schlitterer See" 4.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, tennis 400 m, gondola lift 900 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 900 m, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track 400 m, ice field 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljoch 900 km, Kaltenbach - Hochfügen 6 km, Zillertal Arena 13 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Spieljoch, Kaltenbach-Hochfügen and Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofen.

    Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. De eerste keer dat we een appartement hebben geboekt waar de eigenaar (gezin met 2 kinderen) ook woont. Dit is prima bevallen. We zijn een gezin met drie kinderen. Leeftijd 10 - 8- 5 jr. Appartement is groot genoeg. Wel hadden wij zelf een slaapmatje meegenomen waar de Show more jongste op sliep en deze op de slaapkamer bij de andere 2 kinderen gelegd. Hierdoor hoefden we de bank niet uit te trekken tot bed. Dit raad ik iedereen aan anders heb je geen bank om op te zitten (of je moet de bank dagelijks 'ombouwen' ) en wordt de woonruimte opeens veel kleiner. De slaapkamers zijn ruim genoeg. Wij hadden er 1 extra matje liggen, dit kunnen er ook 2 zijn. Wij zijn er 2 weken geweest en hebben veel ondernomen. Zeer veel speeltuinen, skiliften, buitenzwembaden, wandelpaden, kloven, beekjes, stuwmeren,watervallen etc. Vanaf het balkon kijk je naar het weilandje met konijnen, geiten en een ezel. Verder weg zie je de bergen. Iedere ochtend tijdens het ontbijt zagen we de paragliders van de berg naar het dal glijden en landden enkele honderden meters vanaf het appartement. Show less

    Proper vakantiehuis, voldoende keukenmateriaal. Twee uiterst propere en voldoende grote badkamers. Grote, propere droogkelder. Vriendelijk onthaal. Centrale ligging en vlotte bereikbaarheid naar de skipistes. Wandelafstand van het dorpje.
