Private: natural state property 5'000 m2, terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, 15.04.-15.10.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Pool house with fridge, shower and WC, fireplace. Motor access to 10 m from the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 35 km, bathing lake "Sainte-Croix" 40 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Lorgues et son marché provençal 15 km, Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël 35 km, Saint-Tropez 54 km, Gorges du Verdon 60 km, Cannes 72 km, Nice 95 km.
