Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (150 cm). Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC. Boiler (50 litres). Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). 2 km cycling track available in the complex. The extra bed is a trundle bed for kids up to 12 y.o. A-38/4.913
