Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2018, comfortable and modern furnishings: open living/dining room with sloping ceilings with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Small balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside, the resort and the Isole di Brissago. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. `` In winter months of November – March the apartment can be rented for a favorable monthly price of CHF 1250.- !!

Golf course (18 hole) 8.5 km, minigolf 7.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Falconeria, Locarno, Piazza Grande, Locarno, Mercato Canobbio IT, Luino IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore (Lido Ascona, Crodolo, Brissago) Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Cardada, Monte Bré, Monti di Ronco. Die Unterkunft war genial. Mit den 50 Stufen zur Wohnung hat man schon Fitness gemacht. Die Aussicht war einzigartig! Es war alles vorhanden.( Küche und Bad!!)
